      Owner and main operator, Colby Hatcher, has been in the line of work of sales and logistics for most of his adult life. With over 20 years in the scrap metal industry, a majority was spent in purchasing, project planning, and trucking . Starting in trucking, Colby was responsible for all daily inbound and outbound truck shipments, inventory control and management over assets including shipping containers, trailers, and more. In addition, specialty crew assignments were also included within his supervision.   Upon growing into a role as a scrap purchaser, Colby developed relationships from small single tow truck business owners to some of the largest scrap yards in Northeast Ohio. He also managed accounts of industrial and manufacturing plants including the scrap programs and special bid jobs for the automotive industry (Ford, Chevy, and Chrysler).

   While working in the scrap industry, Colby obtained his real estate license over 15 years ago, where he has combined his affection of helping people and families with his industrious traits of problem solving and negotiations. This unique combination opened the opportunity to create Nine Point Inventories, LLC  and the range of services that are available.
